Honestly, there is no catch, in the highly un-likely event that you receive your new create and there is something you are not happy with, even if you have been using it for a couple of days it doesn’t matter.
Just contact us on 07522 467025 or drop us an email at sales@madaboutpetsuk.co.uk within 7 days of you receiving the create and you will be entitled to your full money back.
All we ask is that you packing the create up so that we can get it collected and once we have received the create back (usually between 48hrs and 72hrs) then your refund will be issued 24hrs after that date.
If at any time you need to talk to us for an update then please just give us a call or an email and we will provide you with any information you need.
