Q. Where are Mad About Pets UK products made?
A. All in-house, in our very own workshop in West Butterwick, here we have a series of working stages from steel prep and cut to welding and assembly with all hands on deck from our dedicated team.
Q. What if I need something that isn’t on your website?
A. We’re here to make something that suits you, your pet and your vehicle or home – we can custom make ALL our products to the specific sizes and alterations that you need. We also specialise in custom van conversions.
Q. How do I measure my vehicle for a transit system?
A. You can visit our workshop where we can provide a free measure up and quoation. Alternatively, you can follow our how to guide on our website, this will talk you through the whole measuring process for both our cages and boxes.
Q. Are your transit systems crash tested?
A. Legally, they’re not crash tested. However, they have proven to withstand impact and protect dogs in the collisions and accidents our customers have had.
Q. How do I know which product is best for my pet?
A. All of our products are designed to help keep your pet safe and focus on both their physical and mental well-being. If you describe your dog and the concerns you have to our customer service team, we will find a product that works for them. Over the last decade we have helped dogs feel braver in their car and home.
Q. Does the price include fitting?
A. Your final price includes our fitting service if you need it.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. We deliver across the UK, or you can collect from us at our workshop.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you’re not happy with your product, we will always provide a solution. If we have made a mistake with the sizes we measured you’re entitled to a full refund. In the event that you, the customer has made a mistake with the sizes or confirmed our virtual sizes you’re not entitled to a refund but we will offer amendments at a charge.
